- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits are non-transferable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and for no-show appointments.
- Same-day cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
- No-show appointments will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
- If payment fails to process, you will be prohibited from booking future appointments.
